Sydney by Day, Australia, Travel Video Guide

I interviewed Richard Maddrell, who works in the tourism industry. If someone has a day to spare in Sydney, Richard suggested taking a harbour cruise, and visiting the fish market.

@RealRacer69
Also, Melbourne was rated higher than Sydney and the Gold Coast on which to visit for a holiday, you can be sure to look that up! Melbourne was also rated in the top 5 business centres of the world! with all the major corporations being based in Melbourne!

@RealRacer69
Sydney is copying Melbourne however, they did in transport, and you know something, Melbourne is home to the Australian Open, Australia Grand Prix, the Air Show and the AFL Grand Final, including the Australian Olympic Committee,

@RealRacer69
Your from Sydney, so you would say that, but the fact is that Melbourne has more, Melbourne has the world’s largest tram network, Australia’s only public hire system, and Melbourne has Australia’s largest shopping centre and Australia’s tallest building at 95 levesl!

By RealRacer69 on July 15th, 2010 at 2:53 pm

@ashleybrient I recently visited both Melbourne and Sydney and there is no point in arguing, Sydney is better than Melbourne. The harbour is sooo beautiful, and Sydney is so lush and green. Melbourne is rather unattractive. it’s trying to be like a European city, but what’s the point cause it doesn’t even come close.

Why have they shown Sydney with grey sky’s hahaha… We very rarely have grey skies… its like Summer here 9months a year… looking at this… our city looks pretty crap in this clip! Patriotic SydneySider here … not happy

By JamesHajimeSasaki on July 15th, 2010 at 5:16 pm

This city has 3% the amount of skyscrapers as Shanghai. But national parks and beaches is still cool.

@rafaelwongk
Sydney isn’t the Australian capital, and it never was, Melbourne however used to be the Australian Capital, Sydney is only a city, like any other city in Australia, but Sydney have been loser a lot of ratings on a lot of things, like fashion capital know goes to Melbourne, as well as many other things, Melbourne is the sports capital of the world, but Sydney has never been rated the Sports capital of Australia or the world!

Just out of curiosity, why do you Americans believe that Sydney is our capital city?

By BuddhaShiva1 on July 15th, 2010 at 7:38 pm

By darkskies1989 on July 15th, 2010 at 8:44 pm

@Booniebanana
oh stop stereotyping, god.. we aren’t all like that, and that’s the GOVERNMENT who are using the money on those things, NOT the Australian people of whom you seem to be criticising

romanholiday2 (16 hours ago) Show Hide 0 Marked as spam Reply | Spam In Japan, ordinary Gaijins ( foreigners) are cordially received by the local people in Japan.However, jobless trash form the US and kangaroo-eating morons called Aussies are not welcome. Of course the worst , the lowest layer of such foreigners are comprised of illegal Chink immigrants and dog-eating Gooks called koreans both. Especially some Koreans often try to pretend to be Japanese.
