Im going in december

Nice place to visit, but way too hot in summer. We went for 2 days last week, and it was 114F and 113F. The humidity is very low since it’s a desert climate, so at least you don’t sweat profusely like in Florida or Texas. The fall or spring time is beautiful there.

@haggard969 I went to LV on my own, and I’m from Italy and I ain’t got killed lol. Of course there’s dangers as in any big city out there, just be careful and nothing will happen to you. I’m sure you’ll have a lot of fun.

going to vegas in 11 days!

I’ve been traveling 3 to 5 times per year for the past 20 years, city or county vacations, cruises, tropical island you name it……. Vegas not only ranks #1 but it blows away the field by a mile…..Nothing compares to Las Vegas.

I have family that lives in LV so I visit here every so often.

Lookdown on Vegas on Google Earth,……I lived their 1970-1981,…….most yards were well kept with green manicured lawns,…….now look at what lazy SOB’s the citizens have became,…….95 % of all yards are F desert, front & back. The lazy SOB’s maintain their F pools and let their yards go to shit,…..go figure that one out.

@BabyGirlGoddess

There’s loads to do in Vegas, every casino/hotel is basically a theme park. You can watch shows, ride rollercoasters, swim, see lions/tigers. You name it you can do it….its the entertainment capital of the world!!

By BabyGirlGoddess on July 31st, 2010 at 8:41 pm

question:
besides casinos and clubs what is there to do.
my mom is planning on taking me and my sister to las vegas ( as a graduation present) and none of us are into gambling and we don’t really want to do the whole “club” thing.
thanks
